Tried for a morning tempo before it got too hot but was still too hot for me
of course im dumb and my body decided it would be a good idea to try to run the tempo @ the same pace as last week even though last week was at least 10-15 degrees cooler and somewhat shady
After coming through the 1st mile (6:01) I knew it wasnt going to go well and tried to slow down some esp with the little hill
Going into the second loop I told myself id just try to get to 5 miles instead of my goal of 35 min but started feeling dehydrated and almost dizzy so called it at 4
had to stop a couple times on the CD, only thing pushing me to make it back was the fact that I had to bring my car to the shop by 10am
