4 x 200 m @3k-5k (~39/40) w/ 200m jog, 4 x 800 m @ CV (2:53-2:58) w/ 1:45 jog, 4 x 400m @ R (1:16) w/ 400m jog
workout went pretty well....heel pain wasn't too horrible during the workout...got bad on the last 2 800s but didn't feel it too much on the 400s (minus like the typical discomfort I have with each step) bc I was more worried about finishing the lap and not being too slow....1st 400 was def too fast and did not feel too fun..but it's nice to see what my legs are capable of
