Another WO I cut early (to no one's surprise)
was supposed to be 1200 @ 5k (2 min), 400 @ mile (1 min), 2x200 @ 800 (30 sec), 2.5 min jog, 800 @ 3k (1.5 min), 400 @ mile (1 min), 2x200 @ 800 (30 sec), 2.5 min jog, 400 @ mile (1 min), 400 @ 800 (1 min), 2x200 @ 800 (30 sec)
My calves started to fatigued and I told Coach Ryan and he told me I could stop....probably should have done the WO but ya know...quitters gotta quit
Was hot and humid and started pouring
