6 x 1k on Track @ 3:33 pace with 90 sec rest between.

The stupid trip I had made me have to do this workout alone :( and I realized two things...1) I push myself harder than I should when I run alone bc no one will complain or suffer from it except myself and I have high expectations of myself....and 2) I am still an awful pacer.

I ran the first lap of each rep like 3 or more seconds too fast (my last 1K my first 400 was sub 80). oh well...at least its done. My breathing was hard but not too terrible, my legs felt pretty good, no Achilles pain at all but by the end my calves were starting to feel tight from all the stop and go in spikes. Rest was definitely enough
