first run in 3 weeks...doctor told me to try to run for 20-25 min this weekend and if no pain I'll be good to go

Stretched my calf and plantar muscle and then did 20 min on turf..hips were a little tight and running felt sloppy like it always does when you start up after time off...but NO HEEL PAIN!! yay!!

iced after took some alleve for an inflammation and wearing the boot for the rest of the day...good stuff
