Just not my day today
was emotionally not in a good place for this WO but Matt convinced me to do a tempo rather than something mentally easier...planned to be slower as it was hot, humid and sunny out already but that didn't happen...after the first mile I was discouraged and stopped shortly after and walked for a couple min
somehow convinced myself to try a different WO, was going to do, 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 (min) with half rest
Started that but just was already mentally out of it so just gave up and started the 3 mile walk home
I refused to run home bc I am that stubborn...in my head if i ruin a WO then the whole run is pointless and thus that should be the end of it...was going to go back out and do a tempo later but matt told me it was probably best if I didn't
will have a slight down week this week then
