awesome squad today for some Border to Boston/Danver Rail Trail Action with GOC, CSmith, and Matt
did ~ 6 miles out and back for Matt, got some water and added on with the other 2, Colin and I called it at 16 and Grant added on some more...felt like the miles were coming with ease on the way out, hit a bit of a struggle on the way back and started shivering and then the water refueled me until I got the muffled ear at 93 min but then it was just get back
Felt bad for Grant the last bit as he was feeling good and chatty and I couldn't hear anything he was saying!
