Ran a shorter, easy day today while visiting Steff in Boston. I ran from her house to the BC Res, where I did one loop and then drills. The main point of the run, however, was that I ran Heartbreak Hill, which is between Steff's house and BC.
It was certainly a long hill, but I noticed that only the first and last pieces of the hill are actually "steep" - the rest is actually quite gradual, and there are even flatter sections mixed in. Good to know for the marathon.
