Notes
Got out for my first trail run this morning since leaving Geneva, and it was great. I went out to Bear Mtn Park and did a loop up and around Bald Mtn. I had forgotten/ underestimated how slow the going would be on these very rocky trails, but I was still working hard on the climbs. Really enjoyed being out on the trails again, and hoping to do much more of this before it gets too cold and snowy.
