I've been in this weird pattern of only running like two of every three days, and then pushing those "on" days pretty hard without taking any actual recovery runs. And it's resulted in my legs getting pretty beat up. So I took today intentionally shorter and easier, just being on my feet without working too hard. Felt pretty good.
