Notes
It was an absolutely stunning fall day today - bit warmer than ideal, but clear skies and the beginnings of some serious color in the trees. Got out to Rockefeller while in Chap for the weekend, and had a great run. I perhaps bit off a bit more than I could chew at this point, with bigger hills than I'm used to and my longest run in quite a while, but I alternated between moments of dying and moments of remembering why I really love running in the autumn. Exciting to be out, and inspired to get some more Rockefeller/ trail time this fall.
