Average day at slightly below-average intensity. Legs feeling pretty good and moving smoothly.
I am planning (80%? pending some coordination with other plans) to do the Chap 5k road race on Sunday, which would mean a chance to take this week lighter. Nice double-purpose to freshen the legs for a fun race day, and take the opportunity to let the legs absorb the work so far and then continue the strong cycle after next weekend.
