This week's long run was made a bit tougher by some rain and consistent wind, but it went pretty well all the same. I headed out through Veyrier onto the French side of the border, and then wound through the little towns along the base of the Salève there. Then came down and across to Lully, and back into town. It was nice to check out a new area! The legs felt pretty okay during the run - just a bit tired - but there was some minor pain that I need to take care of. Hopefully just some soreness after yesterday's fast intervals. My right knee had a twinge behind the joint, and my left ankle had some minor pain (the same on the inside of the shin as the right leg has had in the past). Nothing serious, but don't want either of those to turn into something.
