Max and I went for a short run this afternoon before speed building and pool. For some reason I noticed that, for the first time in weeks, my ankle was actually hurting again. I'm not happy about this at all because I thought it was something that we had gotten past, but I'll go see the trainers tomorrow and talk to them about it. Everything else felt pretty good today though I was a little tired from the long run yesterday. I chose to sit out for the drills and strides because of this ankle, but hopefully it will be fine. Yoga went well though and felt great.
