Double ladder: 1-2-3-2-1-2-3-2-1 @ threshold, equal recovery
Solid, but not killer, fartlek workout this morning. Got the legs moving a little quicker on this workout than I've been doing recently, and it went great. The relatively short pieces seemed to fly by, and I felt strong all the way through. Really felt like there was always another gear available, and could keep the quick paces up all the way to the end. Nothing crazy fast here, but nice to see even 5:20-5:30 pace feeling more solid for these pieces.
