Went out again with Anders and James for a run in La Clusaz, heading up from the town to the Lac des Confins and then adding on a few extra miles around the area. It was an absolutely stunning run with great views of the mountains, but again with a 1,500ft climb - poor quads! The pace was slow though, just working our way up the mountain and enjoying being out there.
