Notes

Today was a recovery day from the past couple very hard days. We met at the track and did drills followed by 6x100m strides, and then we did about 30 minutes of strength exercises involving abs, lunges, and using medicine balls. We then went up to the pool where I swam about 900m (500 free, 4x100 (25 fly, 50 back, 25 free)). That felt good, though odd after the long break, and then we finished up with about 15 minutes of aqua jogging which was very tough because I've never done it before (and admittedly my form was probably pretty awful). I really enjoyed this easier day today, and I think I'm set for another fast day tomorrow.
