Notes
Went for a slightly shorter and easier run today which felt pretty good. I was definitely a little tired and I felt a little something in my foot for the first bit but that went away (which means it couldn't be serious). Other than that felt fine, and I enjoyed the flatter route today (backwards Cozy ending with Cole, graveyard, Hoxsey, around Hopkins Hall and down to Mission).
