Notes

Went for my first swim in a while this afternoon, and since I had the time I made it a longer one too. I did my 900 warm up, and then the similar ladder from before which was 5x100 free on 1:30 (3 and 5 were back on 1:40), 4x150 pull on 2:45, 2x200 IM on about 3:30, 2x300 alt 100 kick, 100 pull, 100 kick, and then a 200, 150, 100, and easy 50 going back down. Followed that with 6x50 alt sprint free/easy back, and a 300 cool down to finish it up. It all felt good and the times were solid even after the break from being in the pool, which I was pleased with. Wasn't quite as easy a day as I had planned for, but it was a solid workout.
