Went swimming today and upped the daily yardage by a bit. I did a 500 at medium pace to get going, then a 1000 at a good clip finishing pretty hard, 3x200 medium pace with breathing work, and then a 400 medium pace/cool down. It all felt good and my patience has become much much better for the long pieces, which is good. I'm definitely getting stronger and maintaining good endurance, because I did the 1000 at 1:24 pace per 100 which, though not very fast, is good for such a long piece while only pulling.
