Notes

I did another pull workout today, and it went well. I did a 500 medium pace to get going, then 2x200, 2x150, and a 100 IM all pretty hard and with breathing work thrown in. Then a 500 pretty hard, and a 100 easy. I'm definitely getting stronger and the foot is feeling better and better, and again it felt good to be doing something.
