Notes
I headed back up to HG and Devoe again this evening for an average run (though a longer day), and it went well. I did the first mile pretty slow, warming up and loosening up after yesterday's workout, but after that I picked up the pace a bit and felt very good. Even the bigger hills on this run didn't feel bad, which was great to see. I think the next workout I do will be a bit harder (perhaps a fartlek to mix things up).
