I took my "day off" for the week today, doing just a five mile morning run down into town via 120, up the Interfaith hill, and then coming back down through town and home again on 120. I kept the pace pretty relaxed, though I pushed the hills a little bit, and ended up doing just about 7:00 pace for the run. Solid recovery day during a higher mileage week and with a workout tomorrow...
