Went down to the track this evening after work for my go-to workout of 8x1000m at threshold. The legs were definitely tired after yesterday's tempo, and I could feel that, so this was a little more labored than the first time I did this a couple of weeks ago. All the same, I still ran 3- :18, :17, :18, :19, :18, :17/18, :16, :09. I had to work the last few fairly hard, but I stuck with 50 seconds recovery all the way through and felt fairly good, all things considered.
