Koerner Hill

Notes

I did a workout this afternoon for my first run up at Koerner Hill, doing 4x8 min at "cruising" (listed in the training packet as 5K+24sec per mile) with 2 min active recovery between pieces. I felt great, which made for a really solid workout. I did a route full of rolling hills (and two very steep climbs) which killed the pace a bit, but on the flatter sections the GPS told me I was doing about 5:25 pace which was awesome since I was feeling so smooth and I was in trainers.
