Went for an easy/average run this afternoon up Henderson and into the Birch Brook trails with LaBerge, Tony, and Aldis. I had only ever been in that trail system once, and never going in from the top of Henderson, but it was really nice. The pace was slow going up to the top of Henderson and then on the somewhat treacherous trails, but it was the best I've felt all week. I finally had more energy in my legs and was feeling recovered from the tough work I've been doing which is great. Finished up the day with speed development and cannonball.
