Notes
This was an average/easy day on my own after an endless chem lab, and it went well. I did a new run for me, which went down Rt. 43 until Scott Hill, turned onto Stone Hill Rd, and then went into the Stone Hill trails and over Stone Hill to come out behind the Clark. It got really dark when I was in the trees on the trails and it was pretty dangerous (poorly planned timing), but the run felt great and especially for the last few miles, and even so the pace was well under 7:00s (I slowed down a lot in the trails in the dark- the average would have been significantly lower). All in all a solid slightly shorter day, getting pumped for Little Three's!
