Notes
After yesterday evening's yoga and foam roll I had hoped today I would feel especially fresh. Though I was *looser* than I've been in a while during some pre-run stretching, I actually found the legs on the run itself to be more tired than I thought, and the overall pace of the run on the slow side (even more than I would have expected for effort, though this was definitely an easy/average effort). Was probably because the "strength" portion of yesterday's "stretch and strengthen" was the first I've done in so long... hopefully fresher for a workout tomorrow.
