Double ladder fartlek -- 1-2-3-2-1-2-3-2-1, w/ equal recovery (only 2:30 after the 3min pieces)
Pretty good workout today. Worked hard, the segments felt pretty solid, and the paces were again comparable to when I did the same workout in Boston back in the spring. Definitely took a lot out though -- I was pretty well spent by the end of this. I've been diving into a lot, but exciting to see the legs and body taking it all on pretty well.
