I tried out another new loop today, which I really enjoyed (see mapmyrun.com route from today). I went down to Bout-du-Monde, then took the trail that goes around that area, and then did a loop up past the hospital and back via Blvd Helvétique. It was the longest run I've done since the marathon, and I had taken two days off while visiting the Klingers in Zurich, but even so I felt really smooth and was, yet again, surprised when I got back by how fast I had gone. I don't know if this mid-6:30s as an average pace is just going to be the new norm for me, but I like it a lot.
