Notes
Steff and I came to Amsterdam for the weekend, and I squeezed in a run this morning. Starting from our Airbnb in the Oost (West) neighborhood, I essentially did a lap of the downtown portion of the city. Was neat to run along the canals for so much of it - dodging the bikes in the bike lanes! - and I got a peak at some of the city before we head out to do some proper sightseeing for the rest of the day.
Was also surprised by how fast the run was after the stretch of days off - on account of Steff's visit and competing priorities... - and how good it felt in general.
