Had a good run this afternoon in Boston. I headed out to the Res via Comm Ave and then back to Steff's on Beacon (w/ Amory extension). While on the Res, I threw in 3x 2 min fast just to shake out the legs a bit as I continue my taper up to the tri. I felt pretty strong on these pieces, and the paces were really solid. Then did a set of four strides during the last half mile or so back to Steff's.
