Headed to Rockefeller with mom and dad for the first time since my knee started hurting, and it was great to be back. I could unfortunately feel my hip more than yesterday, so I'll need to sort that out. But when I got into the run I otherwise felt smooth and strong, and just really enjoyed being out on the trails on such a nice day with ice on the trees, etc.
