Notes
I ran from Gramma and Grandpappy's today, and I felt great. Not sure what was going on (just great training I suppose) but I kept a relaxed, comfortable pace and found myself averaging 6:40s with many miles quite a bit faster than that. Everything felt really good, and I really enjoyed this run.
