I did my first workout following the break after XC, and I decided to get in the pool to ease back into workouts and give me knee a bit more of a break just in case. I did 300 swim, 200 pull, 100 kick for warm up, then 4x200 alt 200 IM, 200 (100 free/100 back), then 6x100 kick on 2:00 (and I was coming in on the 1:40 each time, which speaks to my current leg strength), 4x150 pull with some breathing work on the 2:00/2:10, 6x100 with 50 free medium, 50 IMO hard (5 and 6 were back and free, respectively), and then a 300 cool down. I was a little surprised by the fairly fast times that I was maintaining compared to when I did a lot of swimming last spring, and it all felt pretty good (though, as always after not swimming for a while, some of the strokes felt a little awkward and weak). All in all a good workout though. I also followed it with core which I want to really get into doing now.
