Average day at average intensity -- or perhaps a little bit tougher. Definitely worked on the climb up Henderson, but not excessively and it was again a good chunk faster up than two weeks ago. Rest of the run was also a bit faster than intended, though it didn't feel like I was pushing. Cramps in the second half, stopped for a moment to stretch with less than a mile to go.
