I did the same workout again today as the past couple, but for some reason everything today was much faster which was great. The medium pace 500 to get going was 6:33, the 1000 was 13:14 (!), the 200s were 2:35 and 2:37, the 150s were 1:57 (both), and the 100 was 1:11 (which still isn't sub-1:10 yet which I'd like). I then once again did 20 minutes of aqua running which went well and I tried to really work on making a running motion by increasing the stride length from a almost-flutter kick to a running motion, and I think I can able to do it. All in all a good day today.
