Notes

I went to the pool late today so I would have more time, and once again I did 400 medium, 1000 progressing (13:28), an easy 50, then 2x200 (2:35, 2:36), 2x150 (1:57, 1:58), an easy 50 and a hard 100 (1:11). Then I did 20 minutes of aqua running which again was hard on the legs since it's been so long since I've worked them hard, but it was good to get them moving and I made it through the 20 minutes without much difficulty.
