Notes
I ran this morning because we were on our own for the day and there was a chance that it wouldn't be raining in the morning, though unfortunately it was still pouring. It was very cold and very wet, and generally uncomfortable. The Shadowbrook felt sort of hard because of the huge hills and the awful weather, but I managed and it didn't feel too bad. It was, overall, an ok recovery day.
