Notes
I didn't go for a morning run today (since I went to bed so late following my midnight long run) so I moved it to later in the week, but I did head out this evening for an easy 8 miler going through HG (getting there via Marcourt, 120, Roaring Brook Rd) and then going through town and coming back home on Kipp-Douglas-Hardscrabble. I kept the run smooth and fairly relaxed but nevertheless maintained a pretty solid pace. I was feeling good this evening, having apparently recovered pretty well from the long run.
