The longer run today actually felt pretty good, though I just started wearing my GPS watch again yesterday after about 6 months without it and it told me I was going a good deal slower than I had hoped. Nevertheless, I kept the run smooth and fairly relaxed, only pushing the pace a little bit every now and then, and I finally felt pretty good. I did some speed development after the run which I need to get in the habit of doing a bit more often...
