Ran further than desired. Kind of lost track of where I was and, as a result, ran 3 miles further than intended. All things considered, I felt really good. Ran this with an eye toward distance over speed... so I didn't push it at any point and must say I didn't feel poorly at any point.
Not the smartest run (by virtue of running too far) however, if no harm comes of it I may very well see dividends as a result.
