Notes
A bit of a freaking disaster. Been fighting a cold all week and skipped a few runs. The last 4 miles felt like the last 5 in Boston... really tough. The benefit that I will take out of this is that it is good practice for late stages of the marathon (running while not feeling good). Overall, if I were to grade it I would rate it a D+.
At least it is in the bank. Nothing near this long from here on in.
