wanted to take this easy to avoid an issue like the last long run... first few miles were slow then the middle was more like 9s, then right around the same location but different distance i got myself in troubel again... responded more quickly so i didnt have to stop but i did have to slow to a crawl for the last mile or so

legs felt perfectly fine after liek id done no long run at all again
