pleased with this - had no idea what to expect for pace, first two miles were around 6:35 and then my hip went a bit coming down the ramp under the underpass the second time and I had to slow down fairly abruptly, slowly loosened up enough to start picking up towards the end, but definitely hurt it some - bummer

i should know better than to expect to be able to run fast without speed training -this always happens
