ran with SoRad, paces felt nice and easy for us both, talked the whole time so it went by fast. psoas didnt feel great on bike over, so kept warm up/cool down short, even worse on bike back - i think maybe biking is making it worse, going to cut that out till monday I think
continuous 6x800 starting at ~3:50 down to 3:30, not sure of splits but based on what sara said and total time we did this pretty close
