Notes

ran this hard but not all out... goal was to finish and in one peice... figured PR would come if I did that. felt upper attachement point was sensitive so I didnt want to hurt it, so I tried to keep breathing pretty level throughout, never pushed it. happy with pacing. great course, pretty and flat, just enough rolling to keep your legs moving. weather was nice but not as cool as the cool morning had me hoping for.
