Paced by feel, the passing probably picked up the pace a bit.... last one was pushing a bit harder but I figured why not...
Seem to be creeping the pace faster and adding a rep every week, going well. Ab felt pretty good... worked it but no pain. Happy with this workout, now planning to coast a bit for the rest of the week and hoping to make it to lowell to race for the first time in about 5 months.
