did 7 sets of:
1:30 @ 6% incline, 7:35 pace
1:00 rest (~9:00 pace flat)
1:00 @7% incline, 7:35 pace
2:00 rest (~9:00 pace flat)
repeat!
during the second one i thought I had picked too hard of a hill pace, but decided to stick with it. managed it just fine, 90s intervals were hard even at the lower incline, good hard workout, finished in one piece
