maybe from "warm up" run to track being with jeff and probably being way too fast for a warm up for me, maybe from marathon pace monday, maybe from too fast on an easy day, maybe it was the wind, but felt like garbage. having trouble hitting 600s, goal was 2:19. 1600s were fine but still didnt feel as easy as they should have for this easy workout

rests were 1:00 and 1:30

had to stop 600 into the first 1600 to poke at psoas, then it was fine

not confidence building for new bedford
